Membership in this organization shall be voluntary. At least 75 percent of the organization’s membership must be past or present members of the United States Armed Forces. The following individuals are eligible for membership:
a. Both military and civilian personnel currently, or previously assigned, attached, and/or detailed to the 108th Training Command (IET), and associated subordinate units who have served honorably.
b. Members or former members of the U.S. Armed Forces approved by the Executive Board. Membership shall be based upon contributions and support of the 108th Training Command (IET). Nomination packets shall consist of an application and statement of contribution and support of the 108th Training Command (IET), and subordinate units.
c. Spouses, widows, widowers, ancestors or lineal descendants of individuals referred to in Section a. The combined number of members allowed by Section c. and Section d. shall not exceed 22.5 percent of the organization’s total membership.
d. Cadets enrolled in college or university U.S. Army Senior ROTC programs
affiliated with the 108th Training Command (IET). The combined number of
members allowed by Section c. and Section d. shall not exceed 22.5 percent of the organization’s total membership.
e. Honorary membership shall be open to any individual approved by nominated by the Executive Board. Membership shall be based upon special contributions and support of the 108th Training Command (IET). Nomination packets shall consist of an application and statement of contribution and support of the 108th Training Command (IET), and subordinate units. Honorary memberships will not exceed 2.5 percent of the organization’s total membership.
